Puja bookings are confirmed only after the date, time, location, puja type and any advance amount are mutually agreed with Kanhaiya Pandey.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or WhatsApp as early as possible. Rescheduling depends on pandit availability and the selected muhurat.

Refunds for any advance payment, where applicable, are handled case by case based on preparation already completed, travel arrangements, samagri purchase and notice period.

If a service cannot be completed due to unavoidable circumstances from our side, we will offer a suitable reschedule or discuss a fair refund of eligible advance amount.
